Dr. Russell has more than a decade of experience managing the complexities of rheumatologic autoimmune, bone and joint conditions. He is experienced in managing all immunosuppressive treatments required for autoimmune rheumatologic disease.

  • Virtual video appointments available for both new and existing patients in DE

  • Video visits are available for Maryland residents after an initial in-person office visit.

  • Video visits are not currently available for PA or NJ residents. Residents of these states would need to be seen in the office.
